Magda Powell is a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. She has over 18 years’ experience working in this field.

She has worked in a variety of settings, including both NHS primary and secondary care, HE and the third sector. She currently works solely in private practice. Her particular interests are in somatic work, complex trauma (including DID) and intergenerational trauma.

Qualifications

Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy (York Psychotherapy Training Centre), Diploma in Counselling, Diploma in Supervision (The Gestalt Centre London), Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy Training (Centre for Somatic Studies, New York), Relational Living Body Psychotherapy (Berlin) three trainings over three years.
