I am a UKCP Accredited Gestalt psychotherapist working with individuals and groups in
London and online.

My work is trauma informed, relational, with interest in neurodiversity,
transgenerational patterns and the impact of culture, migration and identity on our
sense of belonging.

I work in an embodied and relational way, paying attention to what emerges in the
present moment between my clients and me. I integrate creative and somatic
awareness with careful pacing, supporting clients to explore emotions, relational patterns
and internal conflicts in ways that feel safe and meaningful.

I work with issues including trauma, anxiety, relational difficulties, shame, identity
questions, life transitions and the echoes of family or cultural history.
Sessions available in English, Spanish and Italian.

Qualifications

MA in Gestalt Theory Studies

£90 per session £75 student rate (subject to availability)
