Before you start
GPTI can only accredit within the gestalt modality, at HIPC level. The application fee of £80 covers processing your application and potentially arranging an interview, and is paid by bank transfer when you submit. If you trained outside the UK, certificates not in English need an English translation.
Word (.docx), PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each. We check these during review.
Two references are needed
You can still submit. Your referees can email any reference you do not attach here to admin@gpti.org.uk. The committee review starts once both references have arrived.
