About my practice

I have been working with people for many years, this is my passion. I believe that each person is unique individual and the best is treat someone holistic. Holistic means for me to see people as composed of body and soul, someone having own experiences, thoughts, emotions and environment that influences the person and is influenced by that person. For me, human is just a human and has both resources and limitations. Each of us has them, although they are different for everyone. I work based on contact, because in my approach, contact is fundamental, something that allows us to define ourselves, understand and fully be. I use the possibilities offered by imaginative and projective tools and techniques, working with breath and body, everything that allows us to find the path to better understanding, learning and growth, choosing what you want. And it is always based on choice, not necessity. Freedom of choice is very important to me. I do not advise or decide for the client, I offer my knowledge and skills, my time, I accompany and support. I have worked and continue to work with people suffering from depression, people who have experienced psychological or physical violence, and people with neurodiversity’s, such as those with ADHD. I work with LGBTQIA people. I have experience working with people with personality disorders. From my point of view, the diagnosis doesn’t have to be important so much, unless it is important to the client. I work with people who are searching for their identity, personal development or support. Those who have difficulties coping with stress or anxiety, low self-esteem. Clients who want to improve or rebuild their relationships with others. Those experiencing the loss of a loved one, divorce or trauma. People trying to find themselves in a new role or who want to understand themselves better and develop. People who are looking for support in the transition process.
