About my practice
Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, I now work with people around the world, offering online sessions in Ukrainian, English, and Russian. I aim to create a steady, supportive, and contained space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Our work may include focused dialogue, dream exploration, and simple self-care practices, guided by your needs and readiness. Together, we can explore ways to restore a sense of safety and agency in the aftermath of abuse, stress, or relationship difficulties. This approach may be particularly helpful for those who wish to reconnect with their capacity to choose, rediscover a sense of agency, and recognise the small but meaningful changes that gradually emerge along the way.
