About my practice
Hi, I’m Marta, a Gestalt psychotherapist working with individuals and groups in London (N1 and SE1), Stevenage (SG1) and online. My work is trauma informed and relational, with a particular interest in neurodiversity, transgenerational patterns and the impact of culture, migration and identity on our sense of belonging. I work in an embodied way, paying attention to what emerges in the present moment between us. I integrate creative exploration and somatic awareness with careful pacing, supporting clients to explore emotions, relational patterns and internal conflicts in ways that feel safe and meaningful. I work with issues including trauma, anxiety, relational difficulties, shame, identity questions, life transitions and the echoes of family or cultural history. I offer sessions in English, Spanish and Italian.
